Chili Pepper Hungarian Hot Wax - Capsicum annuum
This is one of the largest peppers with a medium-hot flavour. As it ripens, the colour changes from green to yellow and eventually to orange-red, with the heat intensifying. This Hungarian pepper is approximately 15 cm long and 4 cm wide.
The plant grows well in cooler climates, but the harvest is larger and more reliable in an unheated greenhouse. The plant height is approximately 75 cm.
