Basilicum Siam or Thai - Buzzy Basilico Collection. Thai basil has small leaves and purple stems. The taste has a subtle liquorice or anise flavour combined with a touch of pepper. March till July in beds in open ground and transplant after 4 weeks; or directly in pots and thin out slightly.
