Finale has a wonderful, fresh aniseed flavour. The tuber can be added finely grated to raw vegetables, but can also be cooked or stewed. What's more, the fine leaves are an excellent seasoning and delicious with fish dishes. Sow in a greenhouse or directly in the garden. When sowing in a greenhouse first allow the plants to harden off before transplanting. Do not use fresh manure. After harvest the tubers can be stored in a cool place for approx. 5 to 10 days.
