Coriander (Corinandrum sativum). The herb is excellent in Eastern or South American dishes such as salads, chicken dishes, sauces and stews. Sow under glass from mid March to September or outdoors form mid April to October. Thin or plant out with spacing of 30x25 cm. Germinations will take about 14 days.
