Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the gift card (hereinafter referred to as the “gift card”) issued by Koeman Flowerbulbs B.V., Industrieweg 56, 1613 KV Grootebroek, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 75183153 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By purchasing or redeeming the gift card, the customer agrees to these terms.

Gift card value

The value of the gift card is determined at the time of purchase and is clearly stated on the gift card itself. The gift card can be used to purchase products or services offered by the Company.

Validity period

The gift card is valid for up to two (2) years from the start date shown on the gift card. After this period, the gift card will expire and can no longer be redeemed.

Redemption terms

The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part, and is non-refundable.

Discounted purchases

If the gift card was purchased at a discounted price, it cannot be used within the first six (6) months from the purchase date. Redemption is only allowed after this waiting period.

Single-use policy

The gift card must be used in a single transaction. Partial redemptions or carrying over any remaining balance are not permitted.

Loss or theft

The gift card is issued in physical form. In the event of loss or damage, the Company cannot replace the gift card or its code. As Koeman Flowerbulbs B.V. does not retain access to individual gift card codes, issuing a duplicate is not possible.

Use with promotions

The gift card is valid for all products available from the Company, including discounted and promotional items. There are no restrictions on eligible products.

Changes to terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the Company’s official website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the gift card shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Alkmaar, the Netherlands.
